Mohit Bhandari is an Indian bariatric surgeon renowned for his expertise in laparoscopic and robot-assisted surgeries. He is the first surgeon in the Indian subcontinent to have completed over twenty-one thousand bariatric and metabolic surgeries. He serves as the President of IRCAD India, the sole center of excellence in India dedicated entirely to training and Research & Development in minimally invasive surgery.
He holds the position of Pro-Chancellor at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences, Indore, is the Director of Bariatric Surgery at Mohak Bariatrics and Robotics, a surgery center he established, and is also a Director at Enliten. Additionally, he performs surgeries at MPCT Hospital in Sanpada - US based Allurion Technologies launched a weight loss solution, the first of its kind in India, in partnership with his hospital, Mohak Bariatrics.
